The Agency on Elderly Affairs, in collaboration with its partners, is "Working Together for a Strong, Healthy Kauai". Two programs being implemented to help seniors improve their health are the Chronic Disease Self Management Program (CDSMP) and the EnhanceFitness physical activity program.
