Assists person with disabilites access to parks to and leisure activities. Provides lists of exercise opportunities available to those with disabilities. Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:45 am - 4:30 pm. Target group: disabled. Eligibility: disabled. Application process: call for list of programs provided.
