Wahiawa Nursing & Rehabilitation Center (WNRC) is a 115-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility adjacent to Wahiawa General Hospital and located in the heart of Wahiawa. We are only 20 minutes from Haleiwa Town on the North Shore and 10 minutes from Mililani Town. WNRC is nestled between the Koolau and Waianae mountain ranges, which creates a serene environment. In addition to skilled nursing, we offer respite, hospice, as well as intermediate care services.
Our team consists of Administration, Nursing, Social Services, Activities, Utilization Review and MDS, Health Information Management, and Rehabilitation.
Our rehabilitation services include physical, occupational, and speech therapy treatments to patients who are experiencing limitations in function resulting from injury, disease, or other causes. The clinic offers one-on-one rehabilitation and preventative care by our highly specialized clinicians.
